Dress Code
Shirts
- White, navy blue, red, or maroon tops polo/collared shirts only
- Must have sleeves and collar, long or short sleeved, and turtle necks are allowed in appropriate colors
- Students are allowed to wear Morgan Maxwell Spirit Shirts Monday through Friday
- Sweaters/coats/jackets should follow TUSD Dress Code Policy ~ be appropriate
Pants, Shorts, Skirts, Jumpers, Skorts, Capris, Dresses:
- Navy Blue and Khaki
- Pants resembling jean/denim not allowed
- Belts suggested for belt loops
- Skirts and dresses must be longer than students' fingertips
- Shorts must be longer than the students' thumb tips
- Pants/bottoms must be fitted, no baggies/sagging below the waist
Leggings/Stockings/Tights:
- Solid navy blue, white or black allowed to be under uniform shorts/skirts/dresses
Hats:
- For shade/sun safety purposes, and must be worn appropriately, baseball caps must be worn forward
- Allowed to be worn outside but should be removed inside the buildings
- Hoods must also be removed in the building
Shoes:
- Must be safe and appropriate for the learning environment and/or outdoor activities
- No flip flops/sandals
- We STRONGLY suggest on your child’s PE day that athletic shoes are worn
